Prior thereto he worked in Big Law as well as with a small firm. He is a graduate of Howard University and University of Virgina School of Law. Jarrod has also lived abroad in Europe and African with the YW Organization as a Minister.

Jonell is a graduate of Touro University, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in New York and holds a BA from John Jay College in Forensic Psychology. Prior to joining the firm she served as a paralegal and first year associate for the Bronx Defender. Her area of practice with the firm is the defense of New Jersey Law Against Discrimination claims.

Lori is a seasoned litigator with more than thirty years' experience trying cases. She is a graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she received her Juris Doctor Degree. She began her career as an Assistant Municipal Attorney for the City of Newark, New Jersey and has worked as a Deputy Public Defender for the State of New Jersey, Staff Counsel to Allstate Insurance Company, Assistant City Attorney for the City of Trenton, the Office of New Jersey Attorney General and in private practice. She is specifically trained in the representation of public entities. Lori's focus area with the firm is state title 59 tort claims litigation, trials and depositions of expert witnesses.
Lori has served on a number of boards including the NJ District Ethics Board, the NJ Supreme Court Committee on Evidence and Criminal Practice and as an Executive Committee Member of the NJ State Conference of NAACP Branches.
Lori is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.
